Prior to purchasing a package, please be sure to send photos & a detailed description of the space(s) you are interested in working on together.
A minimum purchase of 2 hours is required. This is considered an individual session.
Pricing is non-negotiable.
Prepayment is required.
Once a project has begun, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, regardless of the package size.
Your sessions do not expire.
In the event that you will need to cancel a project (prior to our first session), you may be eligible for a refund at owner’s discretion. Please note that all refunds are subject to a $60 processing fee, regardless of what package you purchase.
If a project is incongruent with the photos and description originally provided, HALO has the right to refuse fulfilling the agreed upon project. You will not receive any financial reimbursement in such cases.

I have priced my services as low as possible, while still remaining in integrity with the value I bring to my work. Therefore, if my services are not within your budget, I am simply not the right fit for your project.
If you are unsure how much time you will need, or are at all apprehensive of purchasing one of the larger packages, I strongly encourage you to begin with a free 20 minute consultation by phone, and/or with an individual session (2 hours for $125)!
Once you select and purchase a package, you will receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter. This will include a link to my calendar, where you will be able to book & adjust your sessions accordingly.
